This course examines how value is created through service assets, and how these service assets can perform better through service automation. It also details the four main activities in the Service Strategy process. This course will assist the learner in preparing for the ITIL® V3 Foundation Level certification and is aligned with the ITIL® V3 Foundation Syllabus v4.2.
